The apartments at Heart of Queenstown are simply amazing! The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me as a foodie, allowing me to cook up some delicious meals. The air-conditioning was a blessing during the hot weather, and the heating kept me cozy at night. The separate lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Although the private furnished balconies were a nice touch, I personally would have preferred a balcony with lake or mountain views. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I'm sure many others would still enjoy the furnished balconies.

heart of queenstown's fantastic location, close to everything we wanted to do, surpassed our expectations. amazing view, lively yet not noisy. washer and dryer in the apartment + laundry soap provided! spacious balcony, comfortable beds, nespresso machine with plenty of pods, will and able products. highly recommend for a fantastic queenstown experience!

great location - close to everything! The lake is right out the back entrance. clean and cozy apartment - well taken care of. super helpful staff - quick to respond to any requests. cool extras like color-coded drinking glasses and secure outdoor bins.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the price was incredibly reasonable for what we received. The attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the well-equipped rooms to the amazing views of the lake. The location couldn't have been better, right at the heart of the town, making it convenient for us to explore all the attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, starting our day off on a high note.

The location was great, smack in the middle of the action with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around. It was also close to the ferry and the waterfront, making it easy to enjoy the lake. The apartment was clean and tidy with comfortable bedding and plenty of cooking utensils.

This hotel was perfect for a family of four, with a great balcony and excellent facilities. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the town, making it easy to access restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms offered amazing views of the lake, creating a stunning backdrop for our stay.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the private laundry in our apartment. It was great to have a car park nearby and easy access to transportation. The location was perfect, as we were right in the center of this city and close to the Marine place. The staff was very helpful and provided a great breakfast.

Our holiday started off well with the comfortable and spacious apartment. We were pleased to find enough essentials provided in the apartment, including toiletries, washing powder and dish washer powder. the location was ideal as it was within walking distance to everything we needed and offered a wonderful view of the surroundings.

Our stay was not without issues. We faced difficulties with the apartment's entry, which had small signage and was not easy to locate.
